● The vacancy is for an Assistant Diary Manager and Personal Assistant to Ideal’s Director.
● This vacancy would suit an individual who already has some experience or at least knowledge of the workings of the dance music industry. A passion for dance music is essential and efficiency, people skills and attention to detail are crucial criteria. The successful applicant would be dealing with clients from all around the world and would gain a key insight into the business. Required skills:You will need to have good computer skills and be familiar with standard programs such as word/excel /outlook. Ideally you will possess fast/accurate typing speed; you must have good admin skills and have a confident clear telephone manner, you should be eager and quick to learn, able to use your initiative and to think logically, methodically and work to weekly deadlines.

Duties include: The drafting of artists’ contracts, invoices, organising travel requirements, drafting flight itineraries, organising event itineraries; working on an artist booking system (you would receive training on this); updating of biographies /extensive use of internet for research purposes; PA duties to Director
● The role initially will be for 4 days a week and offers a competitive salary
● The office is situated in Benfleet, Essex and would suit someone local, you would need your own transport and the office is only 45minutes drive from East London
